In pics: pandan cake, a dessert unique in Singapore

A pastry chef of the Pine Garden packs roasted pandan cakes in Singapore on Aug. 24, 2019. The pandan cake is unique in Singapore, which is made by adopting ways of western chiffon cake making with local tropical pandan leaves added as a key ingredient.
